How pickup works

1. Order online and select Pickup at checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation with our warehouse address and contact details.

2. We'll contact you within 1 business day to confirm a pickup window that works for you. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday.

3. Bring a suitable vehicle. This chest weighs 450 lbs. A pickup truck, flatbed trailer, or enclosed van is ideal. Our warehouse team will load it with a forklift or pallet jack — you don't need to lift it yourself.

4. Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID. That's all we need. Our team will have your chest ready and loaded efficiently.

Our CA distribution hub is located at 13521 Santa Ana Ave, Fontana, CA 92337, USA. This is a working warehouse — not a retail showroom — so all visits are by appointment only. We're set up to handle large freight efficiently and our team knows how to load a 450 lb chest safely.
